Global Pursuits serves as a trusted liaison between hunters and carefully vetted outfitters around the world. We act as your booking agent, not as the direct provider of the outfitting services themselves. All trip details, accommodations, guide services, and wildlife management are the responsibility of the outfitter.

To secure your hunt, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled hunt. In the event payment is not received by the deadline, Global Pursuits reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

All bookings are subject to availability, travel regulations, and weather or environmental conditions that may impact hunting logistics. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure preferred dates.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking. If cancellation is made within the agreed-upon grace period (if any), a partial refund may be considered.

Because outfitter availability is limited and global travel arrangements are often complex, any refund eligibility will be based on the individual outfitter’s policy. However, all cancellations or refund requests must be processed through Global Pursuits to ensure accountability and protect our relationships and commission structure.

We strongly recommend that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or travel restrictions. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your hunt for a later date, depending on outfitter availability.

Global Pursuits works with a network of elite, hand-selected outfitters across the world. To protect the integrity of these relationships and the value we provide to our clients, we do not disclose outfitter names or direct contact information until a booking has been finalized.

Clients agree not to attempt to contact, book with, or solicit any Global Pursuits outfitter directly, both before and after the hunt. Any attempt to bypass our services may result in the forfeiture of deposit, cancellation of trip, or legal action for commission circumvention.

Our value lies in saving you time, protecting your investment, and giving you access to the world’s top hunts without the guesswork.

All hunting trips — especially those in international or remote areas — come with inherent risks. This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, travel delays, natural disasters, accidents, animal attacks, loss of gear, or changes in itinerary.

By booking a hunt through Global Pursuits, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being, and you agree to release Global Pursuits from any liability associated with the hunt or outfitter services.

We are not responsible for any loss of property, physical injury, or failure to harvest game. Clients are responsible for following all laws, rules, and safety regulations during travel and the hunt itself.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary documentation to enter the country of their chosen hunt. This includes a valid passport, visas, firearm permits, customs declarations, and any health documentation required by international authorities.

Global Pursuits and its travel partners (such as PWP Travel) can assist by offering guidance and resources, but final compliance is the client’s legal responsibility. We advise starting this process well in advance.

We love sharing success stories! Clients may be asked to sign a media release form allowing Global Pursuits to use their photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising.

This release is completely optional. We will never use your likeness or story without your written permission.

International travel with firearms, optics, and gear requires careful planning. Each country has different customs regulations, airline policies, and documentation required for entry.

While we will offer advisory support through PWP Travel and our internal team, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring proper firearm declaration and gear transport lies with the client.

We strongly recommend using specialized travel agencies or courier services experienced with hunters and firearm logistics.

To help make your dream hunt more affordable, Global Pursuits offers custom payment plans after your deposit has been received.

These payment plans are arranged privately with us and not processed through any third-party financial platforms. Payments are due on a recurring schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.

Missed or late payments may result in trip cancellation, forfeiture of previous payments, and inability to reschedule. If you are unable to meet a payment deadline, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

Sometimes, nature has other plans. Outfitter decisions, conservation laws, weather, or animal behavior may require adjustments to the original plan.

In such cases, Global Pursuits will work with both you and the outfitter to offer the closest possible alternative, which may include a different species, location, or time of year. Refunds will not be issued for changes outside of our control, but we will always advocate for the best possible client outcome.

In the rare event that a dispute arises between the client and Global Pursuits, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

All arbitration will take place in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, and be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Clients agree not to post defamatory, misleading, or false claims publicly (including social media or reviews) before pursuing formal dispute resolution in good faith.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected by Global Pursuits is used exclusively for booking purposes, client communication, and optional marketing efforts (if opted-in).

We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent. You may request to opt out of newsletters or marketing emails at any time.
